1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ace8.club ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ace8 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (if made available), the English version shall prevail in all cases.

ace8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ace8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of ace8 or any of its affiliated game provider partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account suspended or closed by ace8 for violations of these Terms.

ace8 employs age verification procedures at the point of withdrawal. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. If a Player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be suspended, all deposits retained pending investigation, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that accessing and using the ace8 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. ace8 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all locations. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so entirely at their own risk.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on the ace8 Platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. ace8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate information has been provided and to withhold any funds held in that account pending a full investigation.

3.2 Username and Password

Upon registration you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. ace8 will never contact you requesting your password. Any losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials are your sole responsibility. You must notify ace8 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ace8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. Before any withdrawal is processed, you may be required to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by ace8 may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

ace8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any time, including requesting the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. This is a security measure designed to protect all Platform users.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ace8 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace8 will close all secondary accounts, void any bonuses or winnings accrued through those accounts, and may permanently close the Player's primary account at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

ace8 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ace8 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ace8 accepts no liability.

Deposits are credited to your ace8 wallet in real time for mobile financial service (MFS) providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the processing time of the respective financial institution.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid out via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible, as a fraud prevention measure. ace8 does not charge a withdrawal fee.

ace8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. You will be notified via the email address registered to your account if a withdrawal is placed on hold, with a stated reason and expected resolution timeline.

4.3 Prohibited Funds

You must not deposit funds sourced from any illegal activity. The ace8 Platform must not be used as a conduit for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be suspended immediately, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. ace8 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies upon receipt of a lawful request for information.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ace8 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and constitute an extension of these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games) is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: ace8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of result, using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, and systematic wagering patterns that do not reflect genuine recreational play.
• Promotional Changes: ace8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any entitlement to a bonus must be claimed within the stated time window of the promotion.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the ace8 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own set of rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules take precedence for game-specific matters.

ace8 employs certified RNG (Random Number Generation) technology for all applicable casino games. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. ace8 makes no guarantees of winning outcomes — all results are determined by chance.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ace8 cover cricket (including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (including the Bangladesh Premier League and international competitions), and other sports made available on the Platform from time to time. All betting markets are subject to pre-match and in-play rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with ace8's void and cancellation policy. Where a result is disputed or subject to official review by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, FIFA), ace8 reserves the right to suspend settlement until the official result is confirmed.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of an error, system malfunction, or technical fault affecting a game or betting market, ace8 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and refund the original stake to the Player's wallet. ace8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control. Any winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout (e.g., a displayed odds error or a software glitch) are not valid and will not be honoured.

7. Responsible Gaming

ace8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from the account settings dashboard.

If at any time you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which allows you to lock your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suspended and your account will be inaccessible. Requests for early termination of a self-exclusion period are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ace8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course and all remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ace8

ace8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other ace8 policy.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified period.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

In the event of account closure by ace8 due to a verified breach of these Terms, ace8 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending resolution of the matter, including the recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after twelve consecutive months of no login activity. ace8 will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. The monthly dormancy fee, where applied, will be deducted from the remaining account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace8 operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ace8 support at [email protected] to seek resolution through our internal complaints procedure. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation where permitted by applicable law.

ace8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
